to the effects caused by CO2.
- An easy way to re-regulate the planet would be to increase the green
layer of the planet, cooling the environment and as a result it would
regulate the rainfall as well as the water circuit.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLANT A TREE AND
NOTIFY IT:

When we gather enough petitions we will go to the areas of
reforestation and conduct the field work.
- A few days later we will send the picture of the tree with its number
PFT (PixelForTree) and locate the donor using Google Map.

-Cuando reunimos suficientes peticiones nos
trasladamos a las zonas de reforestación y realizamos el
trabajo de campo.
-Unos
días después enviamos la foto del
árbol con su número PFT
(PixelForTree) y realizamos la ubicación del donante en
Google Map.
WHY IS PUBLICITY BENEFICIAL:
- We thought it is only fair that if someone makes a donation to the
planet, they will be rewarded in improving their business.
- We hope to generate more visits to the sites of donors who place bets
on the planet, thus reverses its donation to their advantage
(Advertising and Oxygen) and for everyone else.

Visually-it is impossible to distinguish between a pixel and we need
10x10 Pixel to put a distinguishable logo.
But it is also important - the contribution of a single Pixel &
Tree so we reserve a box for contributions that are lower.

eso se necesitan 10x10 Pixel para poner un logotipo distinguible.

también es importante la aportación de un solo
Pixel & Árbol por
ello hemos reservado un recuadro para aportaciones inferiores.
WARRANTY:
We guarantee a photo of the tree through its position and it number
with the ISO 9.000.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the survival of all the trees but we
have carefully selected a wide variety of trees. These trees
are able
to withstand weather conditions in any given area.
Initially nearly 100% of the trees should thrive without problems, as
we choose the best certified nursery.

Garantizamos mediante una foto del árbol
su posición y su número mediante la ISO 9.000.
Lamentablemente
no podemos garantizar la supervivencia de todos los
árboles, pero
hemos escogido cuidadosamente las variedades autóctonas que
soportan
perfectamente las condiciones climatológicas de la zona.
En principio casi el 100% de los árboles
debieran prosperar sin problemas, ya que los escogemos de viveros con
certificación.
Terms and Conditions
- The minimum
purchase is 1 € (1 pixels with 1 trees), and the maximum
purchase is whatever is left
- When
you 'buy' my pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this
site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link
which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space
you have paid for

- You
cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you
must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage,
which
will be there for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a
strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site
no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
- If your image and
link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a
refund
- The
site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years (starting from
the day it launched), so at least until 26th August 2010, but possibly
even longer (that's the aim) >
- No
obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide
what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is
rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative,
otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels
- If
your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked
site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be
removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of
any kind for the link downtime
- If
for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed
from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and
the space will become publically available again
- Images must be the
exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
- Images must be in
GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
- Images must NOT be
animated (imagine how messy the homepage would look)
- Links must be to
web pages only and begin with http://
- You must have the
authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
- Funds must be
fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage
- There might be
occasional downtime for site maintenence but I'll try and keep these to
a minimum
- Once
you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank
account), I will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs (but
please have patience if things kick off and loads of people order at
the same time)

- La
compra mínima es 1 € (1 pixeles con 1
árboles) y NO hay compra máxima.
- Cuando
usted “compra” estos pixeles usted “no
posee” parte de la web, sino que
le tiene derecho a instalar una imagen y un enlace que será
publicada
en la web en el lugar que usted ha pagado.
- No
se puede cambiar la imagen ni el enlace una vez que estén en
la web.
Solo si usted tiene una razón de peso por la que necesita un
cambiar su
icono/enlace. Ejemplo: cierre de su web, cambio estructural importante
a su sitio, los sentencia judicial, etc.
- Una
vez publicado su icono/enlace en la web no se puede conseguir
un reembolso.
- La
web estará por lo menos 5 años en
línea (a partir del día que se publico)
- No
se aceptará ninguna imagen obscena/ofensiva/sexo, la
decisión es nuestra.
- Si
usted envía un icono/enlace y es rechazado, usted puede
enviar una
alternativa, pero no habrá reembolso económico.
- Si
su enlace se acepta y usted lo cambia hacia una web de contenido
ofensivo/obsceno/sexo entonces será quitado hasta
que usted
proporcione uno nuevo, y no habrá un reembolso por el tiempo
muerto del
enlace.
- Usted
puede si lo desea en el futuro quitar su icono/enlace de la web, pero
no conseguirá un reembolso y el espacio quedara disponible
otra vez.
- Las

- Las
